Dianne Ophelia-Colson has enjoyed a long and successful career originally as a real estate broker in her early years and thereafter as a litigation attorney, Mediator, Coach, College Professor and Website Designer. She has now returned to her roots in Real Estate as an Arizona Real Estate Associate Broker.

As a result of her broad education and background, Dianne is able to give Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate Investors a stand-out experience. Accompanied by the exceptional communication, negotiation and people skills developed through the years, Dianne can provide her clients with the right information and service that in turn brings about the right decisions in their individual lives

Dianne currently holds a License to Practice Law in California and a Real Estate Broker’s License in California and Arizona.

Dianne grew up in the Real Estate Industry, working in her parent’s real estate office as a teenager, initially taking note payments, learning to calculate interest payments, providing receipts for rental payments, and handling tenant issues.

Dianne obtained her California Real Estate Salesman license at age 18 and thereafter her Broker's License at age 21, which was the youngest age allowed for Brokers at the time.

She continued to work in her family’s real estate office while she continued her college education obtaining a BA degree in Business and Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter she attending law school obtaining her Juris Doctorate Degree, ranking #3 in her Graduating class.
Upon receiving her license to practice law, she left the real estate field, only to return now, years later with all of the experience and education that life provides along the way.

Dianne is a seasoned residential and investment property real estate broker as well as a residential property manager.

Dianne was an exceptionally successful Family Law Litigation Attorney in Fresno, California. By the time that she retired from litigation in 2008, she had 5 paralegals in her employ and hundreds of cases.

During her illustrious career, she litigated cases against some of the most famous attorneys, including Marvin Michelson. Dianne had two cases submitted to the United States Supreme Court, both ending successfully for her clients. Although no longer active in the litigation field, Dianne continues to maintain her California License to practice law.

Dianne is admitted to the US District Court, Eastern District of California and United States Supreme Court. She sat as Judge Pro Temp for the Superior Court throughout her career.

Dianne has also taught College courses in law, holding a Lifetime Teaching Credential.

Dianne is a successful business entrepreneur, litigator and college professor.

After 30 years as a Successful Family Law Litigation practitioner, Dianne shifted her practice from Litigation to Mediation and Coaching.

She felt that the court system, which had become overburdened and less than competent, could no longer effectively meet the needs of her clients. She decided to pursue a related and satisfying career becoming a Certified Mediator and Coach. Dianne helped people from all over the world, online, through Skype.

In addition to her online Mediation and Coaching Services, wishing to share her vast knowledge and help people through the divorce process in an affordable manner, Dianne authored 6 Self-Help Family Law ebooks, still available on Amazon.

Dianne is a highly experienced, culturally sensitive Mediator, Coach and Author.

After moving from Las Vegas to Arizona, Dianne decided to jump into something completely different from her prior occupations.

Dianne is always looking for new challenges and unique opportunities. Loving design, writing, editing and technology, Dianne entered the field of website design, forming a company with her husband, Scott, Titan Site Designers LLC.

Dianne is a designer, copywriter, editor. Her writing skills and technology background is invaluable in today’s technology based real estate market


Dianne has now transitioned back into the Real Estate field in Arizona. Although finding the design and implementation process involved in the website design business enticing and fun, Dianne found that sitting behind a computer all day without the personal interaction with clients to be unfulfilling. This prompted her to return to her real estate roots and pursue her Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License. Her passion is to share the beauty and exceptional lifestyle that Arizona provides.

Dianne resides at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club in Gold Canyon, Arizona with her husband, Scott. Dianne and Scott have been married for over 30 years and enjoy a beautiful, full life along with their two Yorkshire terriers, Moka and Mahalo. Dianne and her husband enjoy golf, riding bicycles, and taking long walks in the beautiful Sonoran desert. They also enjoy dining, live entertainment, and opera
